Objective

Introduce a new, custom, and scalable office product designed to help companies of all sizes flex according to their needs.

Challenge

Irvine Company's flexible workspace product was inspired by co-working trends, but a very different offering from what we were seeing in market at the time. We needed a way to educate customers and prospects in an easily digestible format and convince them to stay in the know on upcoming developments.

Solution

Collaborating with our marketing, digital and leasing teams I designed and developed a new product landing page that accomplished the following:

  • Explained what the new product offering is and how it works
  • Showed available listings within the company's existing portfolio
  • Collected leads through an opt-in form providing additional information

Multiple Points of Education

It was important to explain this was not a co-working product, and there were key differences that made it more attractive to companies over individual users. We included multiple modules that explained how it works and several key business advantages.

Using What We Already Had

There was a sense of urgency to release to market, but a timing constraint for our developers to visually integrate the availabilities in our portfolio.

In order to meet our deadline I proposed designing an interface for visitors to select a regional market of interest that redirected to a filtered search page on our existing website.

Frequent Opt-In Opportunities

Since we knew there was going to be a bit of a learning curve with the product it was vital to collect visitor information so we could continue sharing details, availabilities and offers.
